360 ONE WAM
BC Asia Investments X is expected to offload 1.5 crore shares (3.7% stake) in the company, valued at approximately Rs 1,740 crore. As of June 2025, BC Asia held a 21.92% stake.
State Bank of India (SBI)
SBI has raised Rs 25,000 crore through the allotment of 30.6 crore shares to institutional investors including LIC, Societe Generale, HDFC Life, HDFC Mutual Fund, and Quant Mutual Fund. LIC has increased its stake in SBI from 9.21% to 9.49%.
Titan Company
Titan’s wholly owned subsidiary, Titan Holdings International FZCO, has signed an agreement to acquire a 67% stake in Damas LLC (UAE). The deal values Damas at AED 1,038 million, boosting Titan’s footprint in the GCC jewellery market.
Bajaj Finance
Managing Director Anup Kumar Saha has resigned due to personal reasons. The board has re-designated Rajeev Jain as Vice Chairman and Managing Director until March 31, 2028.
PNB Housing Finance
